Refund & cancellation policy

We want CryptoKar to be worth your money. If it is not the right fit, this policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
1. 7-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, provided you have not yet exported or downloaded a tax report from your paid plan. This gives you time to try the product and make sure it works for your needs.
2. How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, within the 7-day window. Tell us your registered email and, if you have it, the payment reference. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
4. Cancellation
You can stop using CryptoKar at any time. Our plans are one-time or term-based rather than auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge unless stated otherwise at checkout. If a plan does renew, you can turn off renewal before the next billing date.
5. When refunds do not apply
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
- Plans where you have already exported or downloaded a tax report.
- Access suspended or terminated for breach of our terms of service or for abuse.
If the service has a defect we cannot fix, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a refund even outside the standard window.
